Hello is there somewhere I can download all or one by one spr and act files that has in this site? http://nn.ai4rei.net/dev/viewlist/?

There are some files that my client doesnt have, and I cant find it anywhere. 

This is the headgear I want:

You can download the latest kRO & Patch the client and extract the missing headgear from the data.grf

some sprite only have in TWRO, JRO, IRO, etc
you should find it on theirs data.grf and input to your grf
