Rejected from server after creating a character

so im using 2018-06-20 client and the latest rA. i was able to create a character but when i try to relogin i get rejected from server no errors appearing on server side what could be causing this?

I am using  2018-06-21 and dont change clientinfo.xml.

Use the latest nemo of @4144 https://gitlab.com/4144/Nemo

Also use this https://github.com/zackdreaver/ROenglishRE or try to merge on your data.
