Last Patch kRO? if not please update/patch your kRO.

There is no missing bmp, there is a missing whole skill in your lua files. There are three ways to recover it back:

1. Do not use any translation project and use only raw client (not usable, but you will see the skill that it's ok)
2. Manually repair the skill via checking translation project lua files related to the skill
3. Or just up to date your client-side translation and lua files from here or here
