drop problem

why maximum drops in my server is 50% and i cant change it to 100% 

any item in ratemyserver drop rate 100% in my server 50%

you need to disable renewal drop in renewal.hpp
just comment out
#define RENEWAL_DROP
//#define RENEWAL_DROP
