How to set an Item perm in ItemDB?

Hello everyone!

 

I'm stucked and didn't find it: How I set an item in the item db ( SQL! ) as an permanent? Not dropable, not sellable? So that once it's in the inventory it will be ever in the inventory?

I believe its not in the item_db 
the perm should be set in item_trade db :))
