Well when I start the hexed it gets in the background, sometimes it works, does anyone know why?

i would say net framwork 3.5 

but 

try to get all the .dll from kro 

and did you try to run ragnarok like any private server ?

just to make sure you have all it need to run it

or you try to use another client ?

did the game run on this pc before ?(after the system install)

Well I already executed it with administrator privilege, it is that same hexed it runs in another folder, in which I intend to remove, I did registry cleanup and nothing, hexed 2013 works normally ...

I'll try the. Net framwork 3.5 and download the kRO since iro use i do not have the kro dll.

Anything I edit here.

Is not dll nor .net framework

some clients you may need to turn off the DEP on them to work

try it 

start from your system info > search in google about it it's a windows thing

I already deactivated the DEP and it did not work.
