Hexed 20120410 does not open in win10

Good Morning,

    My Hexed 20120410 is not opening on 10 different machines with Windows 10, it opened correctly a few months ago and without making a modification it stopped working, I was recommended to create a manifest, but I do not have knowledge on how to proceed.

Note: I tested it in compatibility mode.

Not a message appears, just does not open. But 1 month ago was opening perfectly.

try turning of your windows 10 fire wall and defender 

it must some sor of meessage ryt? closing now or something

It did not solve, only the course wheel turns, but nothing happens.

can you able to show a screenshot?

I think the only thing you'll see in the image is my normal folder, as nothing happens when you click the executable on all 10 PCs
