Does anyone know about the mobile interface for Ragnarok Online?

Does anyone know about the mobile interface for Ragnarok Online? How are some servers able to offer a mobile ragnarok online client for their palyers? Its similar to the exact PC version but you can play on mobile too, so players have dual option. How do they do that? Do server hosts now offer mobile services too?
