I (We) need (simple?) guidance!

Hello everyone, I am here humbly asking for help.

 

We have to connect via Hamachi, and we are on on Hamachi every time I try to connect, but it simply won't let me.

We have a method of Username_(m) or (f) to create an account, when I try doing it, It takes a quite a while to tell me the message: Failed to connect to server.

I have tried signing in with his account, only to receive more failure.

We have changed the IP and all, our char.conf and map.info was also configured. Can someone help us? Please. He is able to log on, but I am not. The emulator won't even notify him of my try.

Please, someone help us.

I have tried entering while we were both online at hamachi with both Avast Antivírus and Firewall completely OFF, my friend managed to enter, the emulator will not answer to my try of entering.

The ping request out, what we need to do then? we already turned off the firewall and opened the server ports on the firewall

Probably need to port forward the ports to the server host.

Problem solved i just turned off the firewall lol

port forward and open all rathena 3 ports.. both incoming and outgoing..
