You can't move shadows. Shadows are calculated by a shadow lightmap and exist until you recalculate lightmaps. Syouji's tutorial on lights might help. Gravity's official maps have better light calculation then BrowEdit so definitely go this route for official maps as recalculating shadows will not give you the same effect.
