Err- if possible, you should give more details of what you are talking about because this is a bit gibberish at the moment. 
Its much easier for people to give you a detailed answer when you give them something to work with. It's almost insulting what little effort you are willing to put into asking. As a matter of fact, you aren't even asking- this is a statement.

You want to turn all skills into "skill shots" correct? In that case you will have to edit all skills to be ground skills like "storm gust" this would not be an easy task.
