Headgear preview gone

hi, why after I character select. my headgear or costume preview is gone.. then need to re-equip to show.. please help. thank you so much.

when you relogged, is the item still equipped or unequipped?

What's your item script? Please show it. There might be something wrong with the unequip and equip script.

In my test server it not work. but in my server it works fine. im confuse @_@

no error and warning at all sir Emistry..all my headgear is fine before, but after I update to latest it happens.
