You can view the files in grf even if its encrypted, the contents of it is however hard to obtain, you need to check which encryptor they used and the password for decrypt..

Your questions sound like you trying to decrypt an encrypted GRF.

They probably not gonna provide any much helps here since nobody want anybody or their precious GRF get decrypted.

 

If you does learn how to read assembly code, you might have a better chances to find the key and decrypt it using the tools that available on internet.
