Best way to combine weapon/head sprites with body?

Is there a program to do it or is combining in Photoshop the fastest way?

 

I've been using the link below, which combines the head, but the weapons don't seem to show up.

you should post in graphic support section. most of the official weapons are using by all weapon ids (ex Sword, Blade, etc)except others (ex. Crescent Scythe, Halberd, Violet Fear etc) which has unique appearances.

With any image editor and combine them manually (do not forgot to save in bmp or png format, and don't use photoshop for this if you don't know what are you doing!)
