help Cant Create New Character

i Got a little problem i done creating an Account but i cant make a Character i got "Not Available" in all slots

 

so tell me please what to do ? i tried to use the search but i did not find any topic about this issues !!

look for this:

AHAHAHA

1 = YES

0 = NO

by the way i'm using eAthena

Are you using eA or eAmod?

make sure you recompile your server files right after you modified it.

After modified what ? 

 

after changing something in your source. after you save the files that you edit make sure to recompile the server files to make it work.
