rsu-kro-rag-lite not retrieving data

Hello,

When I launch rsu-kro-rag-lite it says that he can't connect to the server :

And it says after : Failed to connect to the server.

I'm wondering if it's not my connection that block it (I don't understand so...), maybe a full client 2013 of any server with this files so I can test them to be sure I failed on creating a client ?
Or any solution ?

 

EDIT : Okay I found and installed another ro server that is totally working, and I can't patch it with rsu-kro-rag-lite.exe .

Anything that can make it failing ?
The client is there : C:\Users\Kreustoo\Desktop\dream, I desactivated my firewall to test, I launched in administrator.
