  1. hello naaaan, Just to make sure, have you put them correctly? the "lua files" folder shall be placed inside the /data/luafiles514/ folder. (and I suggest you to use lua files, which can be obtained from the src folder inside the rar. Also, mind trying to update and test the msgstringtable.txt? http://svn6.assembla.com/svn/ClientSide/Translation_Project/ Have a nice day!
  2. so, this is 3768 right? 1m, still far far away..
  3. Hello luisdgs19, That is right, Ragray.net has went down to their rest. You can search this board on where to download the client. the link, which David gave on the previous post, consists the link for December 15th, 2011 Miruku client. 5. Hello Feefty, Seems that you are having a great curiosity in one of your servers. Therefore, 1.) copy the entire server files to the second machine. 2.) If you are doing this with your PC (2 PCs, connected to the same router): Forward port 6900 and 5121 to PC A's IP and 6121 to PC B's IP 3.) configure: /conf/char_athena.conf: login_ip: PC A's IP bind_ip: PC B's IP char_ip: PC B's IP /conf/login_athena.conf: bind_ip: PC A's IP /conf/map_athena.conf: bind_ip: PC A's IP map_ip: PC A's IP char_ip: PC B's IP Now, you would need to reserve an IP to your router. If you are using windows: Windows Vista / 7 / 8: 1.) click on Start > control panel > search: "Network and Sharing Center" (or you can simply click the connections icon on the left of clock on start menu then click Network and Sharing Center) 2.) Click on the "Local area Connection" link and click properties. Windows XP: 1.) click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections (or skip to Network connections if you are not using the Category mode) 2.) double click on your Local Area Connection both: 3.) Double click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" 4.) click on the text: "Use the following IP address: " 5.) Set IP address to each your PC's assigned (when you are forwarding ports on your router to each PC, assign PC A with A's IP (192.168.1.A's IP) as well as then subnet mask: 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway: your router's IP. can be 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 or others. 6.) leave the DNS settings empty 7.) click on "Validate settings upon exit" 8.) click OK and close all the Dialog boxes. **Warning: If you lost your internet connection for the next 3 minutes or above after changing the setting, please revert them by clicking "Obtain IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically" and PM me for what happened and what have you done.*** after done doing it, you can start the server in each PC and you will be able to satisfy your curiosity. Hope this helps. Have a nice day!

Hello CDeon, Have you selected the "Skip Packet Header Obfuscation" when you are diff-patching your client as well as have you replaced the dll with the updated one? WDGSkipPacketHeaderObfuscation.rar Try them and should it work. Have a nice day!
  7. Hello WillSuranol, Before all, I am so sorry if this will not help you. This is just a burst of my mind, trying to give a suggestion for you. I do not recommend you to use any kind of desktop environment on your Ragnarok Server because (for me) it will consume so much memory that are really valuable if they are given just to the server. That is what on my mind. Therefore, I am suggesting you to study some basic Centos Codes that are needed to run a Ragnarok Server (I was a noob to. I used Ubuntu VPS, in spite of Windows, which needs much cost of both RAM and money). Otherwise, I feel that I succeeded, I was able to operate the server in. Otherwise, If you are willing to use a Desktop environment for your Centos, I would suggest you to use "vnc-server". you can have them by doing yum install vnc-server on your PuTTy console. This one may help you with the Desktop environment: http://www.host1free.com/forum/vps-technical-support/7990-how-install-remote-desktop-windows-7-centos-6-a.html Have a nice day!
  8. links updated: Mirror added. hope you'll get no more problems Have a nice day! Sure, no problem.
  9. could you please re-describe the problem? Have a nice day!

    Need Help

Hello Paulinds, No-IP is real useful for you to host the Ragnarok server in your own Personal Computer (PC), especially if you are having a dynamic IP address (which will change every day, or even hour). Also, I am not suggesting you to use Hamachi. First of all, it only accepts 5 other computers at max for a free account. when you are using No-IP, then your clients (your friends / players of your server) will connect to the no-ip address. this no-ip address can be updated every (around) 5 minutes or maybe 5 seconds (?) [sorry i forgot which one] with a little client, named as Dynamic Update Client (No-IP DUC), provided from No-IP to their users freely. Have a nice day!
  11. Hello leinadz, If you are willing to create a fully non-renewal server, then you need to do that (Post 7). Have a nice day! *PS: do not forget to recompile your server.

  15. hello Leinadz, based on my experience, the file name should be ³²_ÆäÄڰdzÊ.act, .spr, not ÆäÄڰdzÊ_³².act, .spr. Hope this could be a help for you. Have a nice day!
  16. hello leinadz, The lua files may do. otherwise, I'm afraid that the client might not. As I suggest, why don't you use newer client or the client that has a similar date to your lua files if you believe that 2011-12-28 is working perfectly? Have a nice day!
  17. hello leinadz, editing the item that you will mount (that your character will sit on) may be done by editing the sprites themselves. I am not a specialist in it. Therefore, you can try to have some experiments Have a nice day!
  18. Hello leinadz, If you are willing to enjoy the latest updates from kRO, then you should. for a while, I don't think you should do that. have a nice day!
  19. Hello leinadz, depending on the client you are using. I am suggesting you to use packet_db_ver: default. default means load everything that has been registered inside the file. Have a nice day!
  20. hello leinadz, Just depend on you, whether or not you are going to use the new amazing maps of renewal RO's. If you are willing to do so, I would suggest the ones from KRO. as well as the mobs and the items. Have a nice day!

  24. Hello leinadz, You may want to get a new blue ghost setup (since you are using 2012 client) from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?ylld7nl834ont and put it on your updated kRO / Miruku folder as well as running the setup.exe as an administrator. Also, don't forget to update this thread, whether it works or not. Have a nice day!
