Er... Actually.. It was.. neoncube patcher always repacking.. same like me... When trying to update a new one... the donwload it first then repacking.Repacking mybe mean recompile youro.grf back.. Btw... I mention you use gpf?..? It is ok to use gpf with newoncube?..?
