to answer A person who has an idea or know much on each field can maintain his/her own server alone. Well not unless you specify time on when those jobs need to be done. Since you didn't specify, I'll stick to my answer that yes! Me, you, him, and/or her can do those alone. it depends on your server specs and how many players you wil allow to afk

its better to host your cp to your own computer/vps it may cause an delay etc at your server unless your server is dedicated and your web hosting is a dedicated also

well try to put it at wan instead puting your cp at your lan
