Once 24 hours has passed, the limit will reset back to 0 therefore enabling you to collect 2-3 skulls from that player again. your user and password is not correct. @ rAthena/conf/inter_athena.conf edit your MySQL is not online goto services and find MySQL and click start if you not found your MySQL in services means your MySQL not installed properly
