u are using old nemo patcher.. i think the newest version is 2.6. u can download the latest version from this website. https://github.com/MStr3am/NEMO just go to clone or download, and select download zip.

On nemo patcher. Look for this patch. Disable multiple login if i'm not mistaken. But, i never try that patch.. just i recalled it when read ur question.

i believe u are intended to get english translated in playing kRO official server i guess? well.. i don't think kRO clients can be patch with Nemo as those clients are not yet unpacked. and if they are able to do so, u need to patch the kRO clients with nemo patcher weekly as gravity will update the kRO clients weekly. that is the first point. 2nd point, i'm not sure about changing the lua / lub files in the grf will get things works as u plan.. i believe u already made attempt to do so but seems everything just went broke up, right? i don't think it is best choice to replace lua / lub files in the data.grf & rdata.grf with english translated files... FYI, even in private server, it is best to create another grf that contain the english translated lub files which leaves the data.grf & rdata.grf untouchable.. u can set the the grf read sequence order in file name DATA.INI & make it read the english translated grf first before it read data.grf / rdata.grf

well.. no wonder i'm not encounter this issue on my server as i'm using Ubuntu 14.04.5 64-bit.. i think if this issue is genuine & pure, u should report it at rAthena github repository...

Well.. i would agree with @Freya U can search in this forum for the guidances.. but i would give u an introduction on how u make ur server goes online & it is on your effort then how to turn in into reality. To put it online. U can either host ur server in a vps or at your home. Hosting at home - u need to do some networking stuff.. u need to configure port forwarding on ur modem / router to allow incoming connection to login, char & map server port + setting char & map IP to ur ISP public IP. While hosting on vps, u need to learn some basic linux command as most VPS are running on linux OS + with setting char & map IP to VPS IP. Both of these go for server side (either hosting at home or vps) while on clientside, u need to set the address in clientinfo.xml into respective IP use (either ISP public IP if hosting at home or VPS IP if hosting on vps) Those are some of the intro.. the rest, u can googling around. I'm pretty sure u can get brighter image by doing that. And last but not least, wish u good luck!
