i suggest to make an RF style, if you know this game RF online,, uhmm they vote for their leader for every faction. who would win will have special job like Hokage? because in RF online if you get to be the leader of the faction you will lead the whole faction to War. just suggesting ) i'd say for the Anbu's voting too, this is the defenders of archon every WoE? or like Siege.. maximum of 15 anbus and only 1 hokage? for Bleach i suggest limited Captains ) just like hokage voting styles )
