script that will announce if gm uses a command

can someone help me with this one? i really need a guide...

 

for example...

 

if my Event-GM used @item or #item it will let all the players know the he used that kind of command.

 

@item 7227

 

announce "Event-GM" has created "TCG Card".

 

#item "player 1" 7227

 

announce "Event-GM" create "TCG Card" for "player 1".

 

#blvl "player 1" 300

 

announce "Event-GM" has added 300 levels to "Player 1".
