If you know the person, you can start by asking what's wrong. Otherwise... just close the tab and move on. You shouldn't let it bother you.

 

If that person keeps harrassing you though, then you can always report it to a staff member. Click on "Report" right next to "Reply". But please, only use that if he's harassing you or done something really offending, don't waste anybody's time with this.

Sorry sir but i have to say this.

To avoid that kind of situation. Please avoid doing such limited answer and saying +1 if this helps.

 

My suggestion is to answer properly like for example if i ask how to install flux?

You shouldnt just answer Download xampp and put it on www folder and config the file and then open your browser 127.0.0.1. to setup.

 

Your answer must be in details if you want +1.

Like for example:

First Download xampp and you will see folder htdocs (that folder is used to host your wepage blahblahblahblahblah)

Open (File location) Open that file Config it like this (Post some pictures or type any that will help him to understand it better)

Explain properly in details

 

Thats only my suggestions so maybe soon you'll not receive that kind of message.
