How to change Ice Pick formula to Pre-renewal

Greetings , 

 

Currently my server is having this Ice Pick bug.

Server emulator is running based on rathena. 

And I am using PRE-RENEWAL , but however , I have no idea why the damage of Ice Pick formula is still remaining renewal damage formula which made the Ice Pick becomes an useless item currently. 

 

So I would like to require if someone can assist me? Payment is on.

disable or put "//"  on all renewal functions on config/renewal.h
