i had an #AFKPOINTS,AFKPOINTS +1; for every 20minutes online of player player get a afk points

is there any command to transfer it to other player?
example?

@giveafkpoints <user><amount> ANd once done sending [ dispbottom ; you done sending to < user > amount of [ afk points ] . ]

to user 
[Dispbottom : you have received [ amount of send ] send by [sender of afk points ]
