He didnt ask anything. He just said he wanted to make a server but bla bla. Nothing to aport.

Is not allowed to make a thread with no sense on this forum. Without general interest or further discussion on the topic like you did. This should be at off topic. Or well even off topic threads have sort of general interest to look at.
