Jyabil Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 (edited) Is the Revision # from GIT different from SVN? I am using the one from GIT which says "rAthena Revision: 12108" when I start the server. I checked the latest Revision in SVN but its different - Revision 17704. Am I using the latest one? Thanks Edited May 8, 2014 by Jyabil Quote
Jyabil Posted May 31, 2014 Author Posted May 31, 2014 15peaces Posted Today, 10:01 PM Mine is 12139 (@ Git) Are you using the latest one? If yes, that proves that the revision# from GIT is different than the SVN. Thanks 15peaces! Quote
Jyabil Posted May 30, 2014 Author Posted May 30, 2014 (edited) Kichi Posted Yesterday, 07:06 PM use git instead of svn I was informed by the hosting company that I am using the latest GIT from rAthena. This is the details when I run the server: My concern is how can I know if im using the latest one from GIT? Also the revision mentioned was 12108, which is different from the latest revision in SVN (17704). Is the GIT revision # the same as SVN revision #? Thanks Edited May 30, 2014 by Jyabil Quote
Shio Devs Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 That's because they are two separate things, your fine. 1 Quote
Emistry Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 i believe your SVN is way too outdated ?? https://rathena.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/rathena/trunk/ ( it's already 17704 ) even through rAthena switch to GIT, but the old SVN i think it's still updated from time to time. Auto synchronized but i am not sure how updated it's. 1 Quote

Emistry Posted Yesterday, 08:23 PM i believe your SVN is way too outdated ?? https://rathena.svn..../rathena/trunk/ ( it's already 17704 ) even through rAthena switch to GIT, but the old SVN i think it's still updated from time to time. Auto synchronized but i am not sure how updated it's. So its still better to get the SVN than the one from GIT? Because the hosting company told me that I'm using the latest one from GIT (from last month). And It's revision is only 12108. Thanks Emisty! Anyone using GIT also? Is your rAthena Revision around 12108 also? Edited May 31, 2014 by Jyabil Quote
