About normal atk

Hi,
Can i ask about normal atk?
Normal atk now are considered as Neutral property?

i tested on my server
the item was

 

jeje Cap- (12% resistance to Demi-Human)

b sage - (5%resistance to Demi-Human)

lhz black - (5%resistance to Demi-Human)

thara - (30% resistance to Demi-Human)

Then 
deviling card -( normal effect - 50% resist to neutral and -50% more damge on other prop.)

all normal atks was Miss - (No Damage But no Red Color "Miss" was showing) just no damage..

server was pre-re rathena.
is this normal guys?

Which means the resistance stacked.. If you add them all you get 102% resist from normal attacks coming from demi-human.

hmm on the previous server i handle, this don't happen. 

any way to fix this?
