I think this script can build up unnecessary data on the player IF the player skip the previous survey

a script like this can hit the ACCOUNT_REG2_NUM very easily

when refer to myzter's poll script

his script use #LastPollID, the ID is equal to $PollID

so do that check

if ( #LastPollID != $PollID ) < player haven't vote on this poll ID>
