7 Rarity of Weapons / Items Example. (Dota 2 Inspired)

Mythical

Legendary

Ancient

On the NPC you can Increase the Rarity of your Items with the requirements of some items.

Example Effect of Rarity

Common Knife

Attack + 3

Uncommon Knife

Attack + 5

Rare Knife [ Color Blue ]

Attack + 7

Mythical [ Color Violet ]

Attack + 10

Legendary [ Color Purple ]

Attack + 15

Immortal [ Color Gold ]

Attack + 20

Ancient [ Color Red ]

Attack + 30

 

 

this idea comes from dota 2

I think this is hard, you have to remake each item. Example, for a knife - you must have 7 variations of a knife (common, uncommon...) and there are atleast 25k items, maybe 5k of them are eqiupments. So you need to remake those items and it will be like 35k items.

or the easier way is the Attack part is a card

slot in a drops_card into knife[3] becomes Dexterious Knife

so can make a new card, common_card into knife[3] becomes Common Knife, with the common_card having property Attack +3

so just have to create 7 customs cards and its done in no time

the problem is there's no color coded anymore

if  i would use your idea i should have a additional slot dedicated only for the rarity enchantment is this possible ??

Slots will be filled up, but the item doesn't need them for the server to put them into. At least afaik
