Are your server login and passwd set in Phpadmin login table?

this is bad..

 

please check the guides on the board on how to set up a rAthena server.

 

(I know you're not paying attention to them / even open them)

 

on phpmyadmin, go to your db, open login, see the 'login' and 'password' on account_id=1

on your server, go to conf, open login_athena.conf, char_athena.conf, map_athena.conf and synchronize the content you got from phpmyadmin
