Skill is not saving when log out

Hi! i tried to make passive skills in my server, it works fine, but apparently i notice that when i log out, the passive skill became unlearned. hope you guys can help me! i think the problem is on client side, what are the files i must needed to edit in order to prevent this issue happening again.. thanks!

no error messages at all, no lua errors, no map-server errors or even sql errors.
