Sprites again T_T

Hello i have two problems with the sprite ... the first:

and the second:

8b8p.jpg

 

how i solve it?? the color are transparent and 8 bits T_T



{Edit} i revised all and all the imgs are in 8 bits. when i started the work, i put in indexed color and appears transparence and other xD but now i dont know how i solve it T_T.

For the first error Uncheck the Encode Box.

 

As for the second error, take a look at the image below:

You must do the Index Color first. To do the index color click Image > Mode > Index Color

The first color In the color table must be the background color of the image. You can see that on the screen shot I have shown.

hey my indice color was black '-' and are inverted because the color blue was down. look

Yeah this happens the first time you switch to index color. 

When you switch to index color, on the drop down menu slelect 'Exact' and ok

After this, switch back to RGB color. Now back to index color, but this time pick 'custom' on the drop down menu.

Now you can switch places with the black color square. copy the color code from the blue (background color) and paste it into the first square and whatever color that's on the first square to where blue was.
