Guys can you help me how to use Ragnarok Alpha and Ragnarok Beta GRF's on my TEST SERVER? i want to implement these classic maps in my server. if you have a screenshot it will help alot. thanks!

are you asking how to use adata.grf and bdata.grf thing? if yes, modify your data.ini to be like:

 

 

DATA.INI:

0=yourgrf.grf
1=adata.grf
2=bdata.grf
3=sdata.grf

and so on..

but the server didnt load the alpha maps. how can i enable it

oh.

 

it's either you include those grf files inside the /conf/grf-files.txt (and change map_athena.conf, use_grf: yes) or rebuild a mapcache.dat.

 

I would suggest you to use the rebuild mapcache.dat. it's pretty difficult in the beginning, but useful when you restart your server several times and it helps to lower down the system resources being used (disk and memory)



you can search the guide for rebuilding mapcache somewhere here on the board. keyword: adding custom maps (i guess rA's wiki has it too)
