How i change this img for sprite?? i need cut this imgs???

what I usually do it crop out each image, but I think you can use the 'slice' tool as well. May be that's way easier than cropping but I'm not too familiar with the slice tool.

First take that whole image and do the index color table. Then you can cut each frame and put the sprite together using spr conview.

As for the act, take an act from an official monster and modify the act to fit in with your monster.

I should use what the program??? Photoshop??

another thing, how i move only the selection ??

Yes I recommend that you use adobe photoshop. And what do you mean by moving only the selected?

when i select a part with the magic hand or other tool, the img follow the selection but i want only the selection part T_T

i dont wanna the leon only the selection.

Yes I think so. There are tutorials for it. Do you use adobe photoshop? Let me know how it goes.
