runserver-sql done, port opened, but still cant login, why?

Hello rAthena members, I'm new here, and got problem that I cant fix it.

I've instal mysql, mysql workbench, and the svn, all done. and then I try to make it online. Ive open port 5121, 6121, 6900, but I cant login. is that the ragnarok.exe is my problem? coz I dont use my own ragnarok.exe, Im still have problem to create it. if my problem is the ragnarok.exe, why I can login when I change the server IP to 127.0.0.1? thats why I think ragnarok.exe is not the problem. anyone can help me?

Maybe you didn't put the correct WAN IP?

I think all clear, n now I run the server via HAMACHI, and my server runs well.

maybe it was my modem was broken, but thanks for your reply
