System Folder

Is it possible to make the system folder back inside the data folder?

so instead of this <RO>/System
it will be inside the data folder <RO>/data/System

It's for convenience since they can be both be included in a grf file.

If anyone can teach me on how to configure the client that it will read the system folder INSIDE the data folder not inside the RO folder
