How to Reduce MATK from 100% to 80%

You can reduce the Matk dmg in conf/battle/misc.conf line #43 and just reduce in 20 the number there, if the number there is 60 just make it 40 and your Matk DMG will be reduce in 20%, this is only for pk im not sure if this work in mobs also, remember restart your server.
