i tried with more than 530 total stats of dex and int. +20 x4 katrin keyron card reduce 1% per reduce. and 4 bzb card. nothing different. it's like 80 dex casting.
is it renewal dex is impossible to get instant cast?

i think it's the cast time problem. not stats nor formula. i tried with stats . cast time not really make different. i tried with cards effect + stats. nothing really happen. lol.
