IP address values should show up; look for the 'IPv4 Address' value, and can you see if it matches "192.168.2.150"? Also, when you use the PortForwardChecker on your RO ports (while your RO server is running); make sure you select TCP instead of UDP. Your ports don't seem to be opened still, since you are suppose to use your NO-IP in the char/map conf files instead of "127.0.0.1".
