PVP Timer ( Time Attack )

- How can i remove this? every time i enable ( @pvp on ) then someone comes up with the same map i've been this timer and # of players who are currently in the map will occur.
- Is there anyway to disable it permanently this annoying TIME ATTACK TIMER. :/
