Item Combo Script

Hello! 

 I would like to ask how to make a script combo like in the official server wherein there is a set combo like the valk set where you get extra 1 stat point if you have the 4 parts of the set..

add in the combo equipment id and the effect that will be granted by users when he equipped all these..

also do i have to add script on the item_db too or this is enough? and also what if thhere are multiple headgears that will be applied to the combo? will i just repeat the script over and over for each headgear?
