Char select script

is there a such thing as a character select script besides kicking (/kick) it from server?

because i need the player to relog on a certain script that i've made, after availing premium user i need the character to char select to make the duration of buffs accurate.

I'm not sure if im in the right forum to post or should i post this to script request hehehe

Did you ever find out a good way to force the player into the char selection screen?

I was wondering if I can track the PACKAGE and create my own func in .cpp files that send this PACKAGE from NPC/script files...

Although it makes me think if I could just send some DISCONNECT signal would be much easier too...

In my case I want to force this after char changes its own name inside the game using my "Name changer NPC".

this is the only way kicking to force them to relogin you need to add this script after they become a premium user

atcommand "@kick "+ strcharinfo(0);

As far as i know. No script can make a certain character do character select.

But you can create a script Where the Char's get listed as Message out from DB.

 

So you dont need to select char in login sceen.

I'm not 100% sure what your asking... but I could list characters from an account in a menu or message if that's what you want. If you're asking to recreate the character selection menu functionality that I cannot do.
