To make your friends from different network (simply different house), you need to provide your WAN IP, which you can found on whatismyip.com . (as I mentioned on PM) as well, revert the subnet configuration. Not saying that you don't understand how to subnet, but from my personal experience, many connection problems are caused by subnet configuration. I admit, I didn't understand subnetting. There are two types of letting them connect on your server. First is by Hamachi. - This is just for server-testing purposes (For me that is). This is not the actual hosting 24/7 that other servers do but you can still let them connect. and Second is being Hosted. - This is where you'll pay hosting services and your server will run 24/7 and start the ' real ' game server.
