Failed to authenticate (5011)

I always failed to authenticate (5011) when logging in to my server please help im new in making a server 

Im using 2010 - 04 - 10 client and I already diff my client

make sure your custom grf file contents are correct..and make sure that grf is read before other official kro grf.

How can i make a custom grf? and how can I make custom grf is read before other offical kro grf? Sorry this is my first time to make a server

use Grf builder software.. and edit the data.ini   to enable the client to read your grf..

im using ragexere 2012 04 10

mmo.h = PACKETVER 20120410
packet_db_ver = default

lua and lub files is updated with 2012 04 10

but failed to authenticate (5011)

i've already solve this problem.. just follow what emistry's instruction..
