Item Name Not Shown In Inventory

hello , i have a custom item ,but now i have a problem...my cust item name not show...

 

someone know why?

hmm , before i change the code it's work good...and only -+ 50 item don't show the name...from 200 item o.O

 

150 other item it's work fine...and i think i never edit iteminfo.lub
