I want to add a bonus ATK for every 10 str of the total str of each character same with the MATK and the ATK added by the dex on Range attacks.. where should i edit this?

it goes like this example if the total STR of your character is divisible by 10 it adds more atk not just a plain 1 str = 1 atk, i want apply it as every 10 str = 20 atk like that please help
