Blue Setup.exe Screen size problem

Nothing shows on the scroll bar of screen size for blue setup.exe. What is the possible error or problem on the setup.exe?

you don't have System Folder.

bad-ass this solved my problem. Compatibility issues again because of Win 8 lol. Thanks!
