Help with Spriting

i just want to replace this sword low headgear to this wings but when i tried to replace those image in sprite kinda weird colors

the output is dominion.spr

I just want to pinout that the satanic wings will be animated in terms in battle stance. see the attachments of files in rar files. if some do it for me will be glady appreciated thanks rathena!
